LeaseRuleCalc (https://leaserulecalc.com) respects your privacy. All interactive calculator inputs entered on our pages are processed locally in your browser (client-side) and are never sold or stored in personal user profiles.

1. Information Processed Locally vs. Automatically Collected

When you enter dollar amounts, dates, or jurisdiction selections into a calculator, those parameters remain in your browser session (and optionally in your browser address bar if you choose to copy a shareable calculation link). Standard web server and CDN logs (operated via Cloudflare) automatically process basic technical metadata such as anonymized IP routing, browser user-agent, and requested page paths for security and performance monitoring.

2. Google AdSense & DoubleClick DART Cookie Disclosure

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to serve advertisements based on a user's prior visits to LeaseRuleCalc or other websites on the Internet.
